I can so relate. I’m sorry you’ve been struggling with fatigue. I believe that those down times are necessary to be creative so it’s all part of the process. I do what yr suggesting now but in smaller chunks. Meaning, when I’m writing or promoting an article etc and I start to feel myself get edgy, sad, or frustrated, it’s time to close everything down and do some self care. Which usually involves a walk, even if just around my apt complex. Great article. Thanks for sharing!!
