I really have to force myself to sit down and write. When I'm stuck doing my day job, I'm dreaming about being back in front of my novel, but once I get there, a sheer terror descends over me and I have to force a bunch of nonsensical sentences onto the page just to get myself typing (kind of like trying to start an old car!).
